What we collect
When you use the proposal form we collect the name, email, telephone number and project details you enter.
The site also uses cookies that Squarespace and our cookie banner describe. You can accept or manage those on the banner.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to scope the work and to send a proposal. We do not sell this information. We do not run a public catalogue or customer login.
Who we share it with
The website is hosted on Squarespace. Form submissions are stored by Squarespace so we can read them and reply by email.
We do not pass enquiry details to other companies except where the law requires it, or where a supplier must see what is needed to quote your job, and only then with your knowledge.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the request and any work that follows, and then for a reasonable period for our records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it.
